Abstract
Microbial biotechnology is revolutionizing crop protection and improvement by harnessing the power of beneficial microorganisms to enhance agricultural productivity and sustainability. Innovations in this field involve the use of bacteria, fungi, and viruses to combat plant pathogens, improve soil health, and promote plant growth. Techniques such as biofertilizers, biopesticides, and microbial inoculants are being developed to reduce dependency on chemical inputs, thereby mitigating environmental impact and promoting eco-friendly farming practices.
