This study aimed to describe a suitable combination of agroforestry models developed by farmer groups and assess agroforestry management's impact on Erie's community forest sustainability. The research does in February - May 2020 in Eri Ambon City, Indonesia. The research was descriptive correlational with 15 respondents. Key informants came from the farmer group, pastors, village government, traditional leaders, and community leaders. The data collection technique used the interview method using a questionnaire, in-depth interviews with key informants, and observations. The results showed that the best combination model for agroforestry plants was maize and Pterocarpus indicus trees, with a maize's high success rate. The economic value of maize plants in the agroforestry system in the Sipaton Eri Community Forest scheme for a period of ± 90 days after planting was 3,294,000 IDR. The combined maize and Pterocarpus indicus agroforestry model shows that Pterocarpus indicus growth is successful because it has increased significantly to strengthen ecological sustainability for agroforestry development. The level of community participation with social, economic, and ecological sustainability shows a significant relationship with the correlation coefficient for social sustainability +0.399 and the sig value. 0.002; economic sustainability +0.457 and sig. 0.000 and +0.253 ecological sustainability and sig. 0.038, where there are opportunities for group members to increase their participation to improve social, economic, and ecological sustainability in social forestry programs.
