Abstract

An approximate method of calculating the volumes of phase space for different states of matter is
proposed. This method allows you to calculate the change in entropy during phase transitions of the
first kind. Expressions are proposed to calculate the melting heat of various crystal lattice. The results
of experimental and calculated melting heat values are shown in the tables.
